TCA Welcomes Erica Bledsoe as Membership Engagement Manager

The Truckload Carriers Association (TCA) is pleased to announce the hiring of Erica Gouse Bledsoe as its new Membership Engagement Manager. In this role, Erica will lead TCA’s efforts to strengthen member relationships, increase engagement across all membership segments, and support the Association’s continued growth.
A Northern Virginia native, Erica brings more than 12 years of experience in the mortgage industry, where she developed a reputation for client connection, sales excellence, and relationship building. Her passion for community engagement and organizational growth makes her a natural fit for the trucking industry’s leading member-based organization.
Erica is the immediate Past President of the Junior League of Northern Virginia, a nonprofit dedicated to women’s leadership and community service. During her tenure, she served three years on the board, driving both growth and impact. Her commitment to service has earned her multiple accolades, including Northern Virginia 40 Under 40 (2025) and Alexandria Chamber of Commerce 40 Under 40 (2024).
