TCA Education Awards

The TCA Education Awards – honor the commitment of people and companies to personal growth via education. Recognition is given in three distinct categories, each with specific eligibility requirements. Awards are not nominated; they are data-driven, based solely on documented completion and attendance records.

Criteria and eligibility

Individual On-demand Award

Awarded at 2026 TCA Annual Convention.

A person is considered for the award if:

  • they are employed by a company that is a for-hire carrier member of the TCA
  • has completed the most TCA on-demand education in one calendar year

Individual Overall Award

Awarded at 2027 TCA Annual Convention

A person is considered for the award if he/she:

  • is employed by a for-hire carrier member of the Truckload Carriers Association.
  • has completed the most TCA education in one calendar year
    • On-demand courses within the TCA learning center
    • TCA live, virtual webinars
    • In-person meetings (Annual Convention, Safety & Security Meeting, Refrigerated Meeting, or Bridging Border Barriers)
  • OTHER CRITERIA TO BE ADDED SOON

Company Award

Awarded at 2027 TCA Annual Convention

A person is considered for the award if he/she:

A company is considered for the award if they:

  • are a current for-hire carrier member of the Truckload Carriers Association.
  • send the most employees through all forms of TCA education in one calendar year
    • On-demand courses within the TCA learning center
    • TCA live, virtual webinars
    • In-person meetings (Annual Convention, Safety & Security Meeting, Refrigerated Meeting, or Bridging Border Barriers)
  • OTHER CRITERIA TO BE ADDED SOON

Timelines

Individual On-demand Award: January 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025

  • Individual will be notified by January 15, 2026
  • Award presented at Truckload 2026 in Orlando, Florida during the Recruitment, Retention, and Human Resources Committee

Company Award: January 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026

  • Company will be notified by January 15, 2027
  • Award presented at Truckload 2027 in Las Vegas, Nevada

Individual Overall Award: January 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026

  • Individual will be notified by January 15, 2027
  • Award presented at Truckload 2027 in Las Vegas, Nevada
