All my life, my dad has been an extremely hard worker. It wasn’t until he joined Regency though, that I saw a change in him. He was still the same hard worker but he was happy. It is the happiest I have ever seen him in a job and it made me so proud and put me at ease knowing that he loved what he was doing.
