The Best Fleets to Drive For is an annual program that recognizes the best workplaces for North American professional drivers. Starting with a driver nomination after Labor Day, we evaluate hundreds of carrier programs and receive surveys from thousands of drivers to find the year’s top 20. Part of the challenge of the Best Fleets is that you can’t simply rely on low turnover numbers – the top 20 has to be actively working to move the industry forward, and their drivers must be happy to be along for the ride.
