The Truckload Carriers Association has named Phil Cicero, from Cedar Lake, Indiana, a professional truck driver with ABF Freight System, of Fort Smith, Arkansas, a Highway Angel for his actions when he stepped in after encountering a lost child and safely returned the child to his parent.

Driver Helps Fellow Driver When Truck Overturned in a Rainstorm 

The Truckload Carriers Association has named Joseph Brown, from South Bend, Indiana, a professional truck driver with Halvor Lines, Inc., of Superior, Wisconsin, a Highway Angel for stopping to help a fellow driver after his tractor trailer was overturned in a heavy rainstorm.
