The Truckload Carriers Association has named Christopher Delancey, from Vineland, New Jersey, a professional truck driver with Hirschbach Motor Lines, Inc. of Dubuque, Iowa, a Highway Angel for helping stop and apprehend a reckless driver who was found to be carrying cocaine. This is his second Highway Angel recognition in six months.
