TCA Commends FMCSA on Proposed New Pilot Program

Alexandria, Virginia:

TCA commends the Agency for this move, as the 6/4 and 5/5 sleeper berth split represent important flexibilities to help professional truck drivers prevent fatigue and drive more safely. We have strongly advocated for FMCSA to take this approach, and we look forward to working with our government partners as they move forward with the rulemaking process.
