TCA is excited to welcome you to Nashville for its 41st Annual Safety & Security Meeting starting this Sunday, June 5! Please see important information about the event below:

Dress Code

Dress for this meeting is business casual. Check out photos from last year’s event as a reference.

Meeting Mobile App

Information about this year’s event – including the schedule, sponsors, speakers, and exhibitors – will be available at your fingertips! Attendees will receive a link Tuesday, June 1 to download the event’s smartphone app. The information will also be available at the on-site registration area.

When Does Registration Open?

Registration opens at 11:30 a.m. CT on Sunday, June 5 in the Grand Foyer located to the left of the main hotel lobby meeting room.

Attendee Orientation

Please be sure to join us for the Attendee Orientation in Belmont (located on the 3rd floor of the hotel) at 1:00 p.m. CT on Sunday for some networking and information on how to best maximize your time at the meeting.

COVID-19 Information

TCA is adhering to the current state, local and CDC guidelines related to COVID-19 during this event. Anyone showing any symptoms or feeling unwell should not attend the event. If an attendee feels ill after arriving on-site, please get a COVID-19 test, contact TCA’s Director of Meetings Kristen Bouchard at kbouchard@truckload.org, and quarantine immediately.
