Attending Truckload 2021: Las Vegas?

TCA is looking forward to seeing you to the Wynn Las Vegas from this Saturday, September 25, through Tuesday, September 28.

Before you head to the event, we wanted to share the following information to help you plan:

Mask Requirement

The State of Nevada continues to mandate that everyone, including fully vaccinated individuals, continue to wear a mask in public indoor settings. Please note that masks will be required during the Convention unless you are actively eating or drinking, or enjoying one of our outdoor activities. Please help us keep TCA’s Annual Convention safe by abiding by these regulations. For additional information on COVID safety at the convention, please visit this page.

Convention App

Attendees received an email Tuesday afternoon with instructions for how to download and access the convention mobile app, sponsored by BMO Transportation Finance. Updating your profile, adding sessions to your personalized schedule, and exploring exhibitor and sponsor information through the app are great ways to make connections and plan ahead for the event. The app can also be accessed directly through this link if you are on a mobile device.

NOTE: If you have already created a profile on the event app, or have the TCA Events app downloaded, please disregard the new invitation from Crowd Compass.

Committee Meetings

TCA Committees guide the association’s administrative, advocacy, operating, outreach, and policy efforts. Getting involved in a committee is one of the most critical ways to have your voice heard and drive the association for the coming year. View a list of the committees meeting during the Convention, as well as the committee agendas and minutes from the most recent meetings. All attendees are welcome to attend these meetings regardless of membership status.

Truckload Strong Monday Night Event

If you purchased tickets for Truckload Strong, hosted by Daimler Trucks, please check your inbox for an email from Eventbrite with your tickets and further event details such as transportation times. Dress for the evening is casual but we encourage you to wear fun colors in keeping with the neon theme! There are still limited tickets available, you can purchase them at www.truckload2021.com or on-site at the registration desk.

Dress Code

The dress code for this event is business casual. Those who would like to dress more formally for the Tuesday night Closing Banquet are encouraged to do so.

New at Convention for 2021

• There will be no printed program at Convention, attendees are encouraged to use the app to keep up with the schedule of events;

• Share photos in front of Social Media Walls and be entered to win memorabilia from Russell Wilson, Peyton Manning, and Dale Earnhardt Jr., courtesy of Nationwide;
