Two Professional Truck Drivers Recognized after Death
The Truckload Carriers Association has posthumously recognized Adam “Troy” Miller, 53, of Hagerstown, Maryland, and Ashish Patel, 46, of Ontario, Canada, as Highway Angels for stopping to help at the scene of a serious accident. Both men were struck and killed off I-81 in West Virginia while assisting motorists in need.

The Truckload Carriers Association has named Melissa Bencivengo, from Lake Hopatcong, New Jersey, a professional truck driver with Carbon Express Inc. based in Wharton, New Jersey, a Highway Angel for stopping at the scene of a three-vehicle accident after she witnessed a driver lose control.

Driver Rushes to Extinguish Car Fire in Grassy Median
The Truckload Carriers Association has Donnell Harris, Jr., from Killeen, Texas, a professional truck driver with Artur Express based in Hazelwood, Missouri, a Highway Angel for stopping to help extinguish a car fire off I-30 in the grassy median.
