Join TCA for a 12-month program designed to educate small carriers in the areas of Operations, Maintenance, Safety Performance, and more.

There are three components to the SCU:

  • In person discussions: there will be 5 virtual meetings held every 6 weeks which will be led by a truckload profitability consultant. Additionally, the consultant will continue conversation and guidance between sessions.
  • Online educational modules: Over 40 hours of content will be located in the TCA learning center and can be access by enrollees at any time and pace.
  • Automatic enrollment into the Online Leadership Series (online and virtual, live events), a $375/person benefit.

Student commitment:

In order to successfully complete the program, students must finish the online modules and attend no less than three (3) virtual 90-minute sessions.

Eligibility and Class Make-up:
  • Eligible Carriers – Less than 99 total power units across all modes. Enrolling companies will receive five (5) educational seats.
  • Class Structure – Each cohort will be made up of mixed haul modes and not to exceed 15 carriers.
Fee for the program:

Enrollment Fee: $2,496 for 5 seats for 12 months (a $499/employee investment). This fee includes access to all virtual events, online course, enrollment into the Online Leadership Series (a $375 value), and any additional resources provided to enrollees.
