Join TCA for a 12-month program designed to educate small carriers in the areas of Operations, Maintenance, Safety Performance, and more.

There are four components to the SCU:

• In person discussions: there will be 5 virtual meetings held every 6 weeks which will be led by a truckload profitability consultant. Additionally, the consultant will continue conversation and guidance between sessions.
• Online educational modules: Over 40 hours of content will be located in the TCA learning center and can be access by enrollees at any time and pace.
• Annual Conference: there will be a special SCU breakout session at TCA’s annual convention. Enrollees will be exposed to instruction, discussion, and business analysis designed to achieve optimal performance.
• Free enrollment into the Online Leadership Series (online and virtual, live events), a $375/person benefit.
