Join TCA for a program designed to educate small carriers in the areas of Operations, Maintenance, Safety Performance, and more. SCU offers truckload professionals a high-level education from the comfort of their home or office.

In person discussions: there will be 6 monthly virtual meetings which will be led by a truckload profitability facilitator with continued conversations and guidance between sessions.
Complementary 2-hour consultation with a TCA Profitability Program (TPP) facilitor. A great opportunity to get expert insights into the best practices of any other topic you’d like to discuss.
Online educational modules: Over 40 hours of content will be located in the TCA learning center and can be access by enrollees at any time and pace.
Automatic enrollment into the Online Leadership Series (live, virtual sessions), a $375/person benefit.

Eligibility and Cohorts:

Eligible Carriers – Less than 150 total power units across all modes. Enrolling companies will receive five (5) educational seats.
Cohorts – Each cohort will be made up of mixed haul modes and not to exceed 15 carriers.

Cohort 2026-A: March 2026 – August 2026
Cohort 2026-B: September 2026 – February 2027

Fee for the program:

Company registration fee: $1,750 for 5 enrollments (a $350/employee investment). This fee includes access to all virtual events, online course, enrollment into the Online Leadership Series (a $375 value), and any additional resources provided to enrollees. Payment plans are available:

One-time fee: $1,750
Three installments: $584/each
Six monthly payments: $292/month
